Beach gear, bikes, and full resort amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game room, pickleball/tennis, racquetball, and gym) are all included — plus local tips and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973.

The multi-level layout provides flexibility for families or small groups, with open living areas upstairs and additional space below for added privacy.

The ground-level bonus suite offers a separate, comfortable space that’s ideal for teens, another couple, or anyone looking for a bit of extra privacy during the stay.

Downstairs, the garage area also serves as a convenient beach staging space with seating, gear, bikes, and room to get organized before heading out.

Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, you’ll be just steps from the beach and close to local favorites, shops, and restaurants — everything you need for a relaxed Outer Banks stay.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!

Quiet time after 10PM

No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don`t have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.

No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per night fee for each person over the maximum occupancy of 8 through the Airbnb resolution center.

Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.
