Cloudbreak: An oceanside, pet friendly home with a FANTASTIC LOCATION in the gated Four Seasons community. Private hot tub, stellar amenities, and a ~6 minute walk to the beach and Duck shops/ restaurants!
Bed Sizes: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid Bunk Bed (Queen/Twin XL), 1 King Sleep Sofa (Mattress topper available in closet)
This four bedroom, four and a half bath, ocean view house includes a screened porch, volleyball court and access to the Four Seasons' indoor and outdoor pools, shuttle access (in-season only), gym, soundside pier, and playground.
Additional Home Amenities:
• Open and spacious great room with plenty of seating and large TV. While your family enjoys a movie marathon, catch the big game on the adjacent TV behind the freestanding bar!
• Well-stocked kitchen featuring island with second sink and seating (Keurig drip or K-cup coffee maker)
• Cafe bistro tables and large dining table with plenty of space for meals and games of cards.
• All bedrooms feature comfortable bedding, private ensuite bathroom, and private deck with outdoor seating. Added comforts include wireless phone/watch/AirPod charging stations and box fans.

Multiple Beach Access Options: Access the beach via a shady and fairly flat path at the end of Ships Wheel Court (6-7 min walk) to a beach ramp w/ short set of stairs. This path also connects to the Duck Nature Trail. Beach access features an outdoor shower/foot wash station and bike rack. Guests can also drive to the beach and park in the community guest only parking lot (by the outdoor pool which has restrooms) at the Eastern end of Four Seasons Lane. Or, simply hop on the neighborhood trolley as it passes the driveway and loops through the neighborhood.
Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings 51 Weeks in Advance : This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year.
*The driveway to this home is monitored by a camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.*
No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - 2 Dogs Maximum Allowed. Dogs allowed for an additional per pet fee. The fireplace is not operational.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
