The sound-side beach has private parking for Bias Shores guests only and has a lighted walkway leading to the beach and pier. Watch luscious Outer Banks sunsets from the pier or beach or let you favorite four-legged friend splash away in the shallows of the sound. This neighborhood is filled with a variety of adventures, meaning it's sure to delight all members of the family. Enjoy the luxury of your own Private Pool and warm, bubbly Hot Tub after a long day of exploring everything that the Outer Banks has to offer.

On the Ground Level, enjoy a swim in the large Private Pool* and relax in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub after a day of frolicking in the surf and sand. Pass by the Outdoor Showers that are perfect for rinsing up after enjoying a day in the sand at the Bias Lane Beach Access which is only a 5-minute walk away. Play some Volleyball in the backyard and enjoy the large, grassy yard that's perfect for the kiddos to enjoy as this quiet neighborhood makes it easy to relax in what feels like your own private resort. Upstairs on the Middle Level, you'll find all the peace and quiet you need to rest up for a fun week of Outer Banks adventures and trips to the beach. Get some rest in the beautiful King Master Bedroom or Queen Master Bedroom, each with its own Private Bathrooms. There's also another Queen Bedroom nearby and a Full Hallway Bathroom for everyone to share. Enjoy access to the Mid-Level Covered Deck that provides the perfect space for quiet mornings over a cup of coffee and a magazine. Relax in the Mid-Level Sitting Area with cozy furniture and bright light from the Mid-Level Deck as you enjoy family board games or a fun beach read.

Drive, bring your bikes, or walk on the pedestrian path to downtown Duck and enjoy all the town has to offer. This convenient location puts you less than 1 mile away from the Village of Duck where you'll find fresh seafood, a gourmet market, a produce stand, women's boutiques, bike rentals, amazing restaurants, water sports gear and outdoor clothing, great bookstores, toy stores, art galleries, gift shops and so much more. All of the stores are locally owned and operated and so close together that shopping can be an all-day event on foot! Scarborough Faire Shopping Center features unique shops and eateries, and also delicious restaurants like Fishbones Raw Bar & Restaurant and Roadside Bar & Grill! For more upscale dining, you'll find the Blue Point Grill, the Paper Canoe, and the Sanderling Resort. Or opt to head South to the Aquarium and have lunch on the way back at Johns Drive-In, a classic drive-in shack (open May-October) specializing in thick milkshakes, burgers, and fried fish sandwiches located at milepost 4.5.
