This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Outer Banks vacation rental gives you the most beautiful ocean views from all windows, and so much more. Located in Kitty Hawk, Ocean Overlook is close to great local dining, shopping, and things to do. A short walk will bring you to Black Pelican a historic landmark on the OBX with tasty meals as well! Longboards Island Grill, Stack'em High, and Hurricane Mo's are also close by Ocean Overlook as well. Plus, as a guest at Ocean Overlook, you'll have access to the Sea Dunes townhomes community amenities like the community pool, hot tub, and tennis court. The beach is also within close proximity of Ocean Overlook, giving you and your family endless days soaking up the Outer Banks sun and splashing in the surf!

Inside Ocean Overlook, you'll find a bright, open living area complete with stunning ocean views. The living area boasts a spacious couch as well as a flat-screen TV where you can watch your favorite shows and movies with your friends and family. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and with breakfast bar seating for 3 and dining room table seating for 6, there's room for everyone. Ocean Overlook also features a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker for your convenience. Head out to the furnished sundeck where you'll be able to watch the sunrise over the ocean and enjoy unobstructed ocean views. Each bedroom offers a cozy space to wind down, relax, and get well-deserved rest during your stay. The King master bedroom also features a jacuzzi tub for the ultimate relaxation.   • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent location for a beach stay!

Although the weather did not cooperate on our vacation, we had a great time for our first visit to the Outer Banks. This property has wonderful views of the ocean and is just a few steps away from the beach. The property had all of the beach items you could need so that was wonderful. The inside, however, was not as equipped as I would have liked. For example, each person staying only got one bath towel and one hand towel. There were no hand towels any of the bathrooms. There were no washcloths for the kitchen. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, nor was there any dishwashing liquid or dishwashing tabs. I ended up purchasing a few things and then of course just had to leave it there because we couldn’t bring it home on our flight.

Amazing view of the ocean Plenty of space/beds Everything we needed was there One of the Air conditioning units went out. We went out to eat and came back three hours later and they had reconciled the problem and we were cool again. Great customer service
