This is where Fjällen Levi No12 sits — a private apartment in a modern yet quietly elegant building, designed to feel at home within the surrounding Arctic landscape.

Wake up in Levi’s peaceful pine-covered hills, step straight towards the ski slopes or forest paths, then return to a relaxed slope-side meal at Bistro West before unwinding in your own warm Nordic hideaway with a sauna and fell views.

The apartment sits by West Point slopes and ski lifts, tucked into the forest yet opening your way to the whole of the resort and fell. In winter, this is an ideal ski-in/ski-out base, whilst in the summer and autumn, it places you close to the midst of mountain biking tracks, with Levi Bike Park just a stone's throw away.

Inside, the apartment is modern, cosy and thoughtfully equipped, with heated floors, a spacious open-plan living area, fast WiFi, smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, ceiling to floor windows and a large balcony overlooking the surrounding fell landscape. The kitchen gives you the freedom to enjoy slow breakfasts, relaxed family meals or quiet evenings in after a day outdoors. There are two comfortable bedrooms, making the apartment ideal for 4 guests, with the possibility of accommodating a 5th guest by arrangement. For the 5th guest, a fold-out day bed can be provided.

The private sauna invites long evenings after cold winter days, or a long walk in the autumn forests, while the balcony and large windows bring the landscape close — from snow-covered fells in winter to long Arctic light in summer.

On the ground floor, Bistro West offers a stylish, high-quality bistro experience in a relaxed slope-side setting during the ski season: carefully crafted food, après-ski drinks, coffee or an easy evening meal after a full day outdoors.

During the summer and autumn seasons, an outdoor grill can also be arranged upon request, perfect for slow evenings on the large balcony, enjoying the crisp Arctic air and the scent of the surrounding pine forest. Room-darkening curtains help create a perfectly relaxing dark room during the midnight sun months.

Guests have full private access to the apartment. You will also have use of the building’s cosy lounge area, dedicated heated ski/bike storage, and private parking.

A ski-bus stop is around 5 minutes’ walk away, making it simple to get around Levi even without a car. Levi village centre with all the amenities of Levi, including grocery shops and restaurants, is a 6-minute drive, whilst Gondola2000 and South Points are both 2 minutes drive away.
