Perfect for romantic getaways or stylish escapes with vintage charm and modern luxury.

Circa 1860, from a Woolen Mill to a Hotel be apart of Elora`s History. This suite boasts original features restored.

* 1.1 km / 16 minute walk / 4 min bike ride to Downtown Elora

Guests have access to the entire suite. The backyard is shared with residents and guests.

Contact our Resident Manager for any issues in the Suite and access to Pool, Barbecue and Fire Pit. If you wish to use the Barbecue and Fire Pit, you will need to book at least 1 hour in advance. Pool area is locked and gated you will need to contact the Manager for access.

We hope you enjoy your stay! Your feedback is valuable to us as we work to always improve guests experience. We ask that your home away from home be treated respectfully along with other residents and guests onsite.

* Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate of your neighbours.
* Outdoor amenities are available between 7:00am to 10:00pm
* No unauthorized visitors or guests. Kindly advise us if you intend on having additional guests.
* Smoking of any kind is prohibited in suite and around pool area. There is a designated area which the Manager can show you. Do not dispose of Cigarette buts on the grass on walking paths.
* Please Remove your Shoes in the suite
* Wear appropriate foot ware around Pool area
* Shower prior to entering in the Pool
* Pool is Unsupervised. No life guard.
* Only small pets are permitted upon request and with a deposit

Kitchen:
* Refrigerator has filtered water in the inner door
* Dishwasher is beside the sink
* Microwave is in the side Pantry beside the Refrigerator
* Washer and Dryer are in the kitchen. Detergent is provided. Best setting for the Dryer is : Optimum
* Nespresso Coffee Machine and Coffee provided
* Please remove garbage prior to leaving. Bin is located at the back of the building parking lot area.
* The remote to control the A/C and Heat is located beside the Welcome sign. It controls all three units. Please leave at 22degrees prior to leaving.

Primary Bedroom:
* Toilet flush mechanism can be a but slow or sticky when pressed. If once side gets stuck wait a few seconds and press other side to release.

Entertainment:
* Smart TV`s
* Record Player w/Blue tooth. Bring your own Records or enjoy the ones provided

Back Yard Amenities (note this area is shared) :
* Use of Pool is controlled by onsite Superintendent David. Contact him for Pool access/entry. Pool is available between 8:00am and 9:00pm. This is a shared space.
* Use of Fire Pit area is by booking only. Contact Superintendent for booking info. Wood will be provided.
* BBQ and Picnic tables are first come first serve.
If you are planning an outdoor dinner kindly book with Superintendent so that we can ensure you have complete access.
