Villa Theta offers two floors of spacious comfort. On the ground floor, you'll step into a welcoming living room, thoughtfully designed for relaxation, complete with air conditioning, comfortable seating, and a smart satellite TV for entertainment. Adjacent, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, ensuring convenience and pleasant preparation of your meals. The ground floor also features a bathroom for added comfort and convenience.

With a staircase leading to the first floor, you'll discover two spacious and elegantly designed bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed, while the second bedroom offers the flexibility of a large double bed or two single beds, ensuring a comfortable night's rest for all guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart satellite TVs, air conditioning, and ample wardrobe space. One bedroom boasts a charming balcony, while the other welcomes natural light through a window. Completing the first floor are two relaxing ensuite bathrooms, each featuring a convenient shower cabin for your comfort.
