Corte Interna, free heated pool

Corte Interna is a brand new project located in the heart of Kaliviani Village. A restored historic complex with a yard surrounded by the buildings. A unique property with traditional and modern touches, with private heated swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing vacation. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities and finishing materials of top end. 

The complex compromises of three units. The tower, the Suite and the Vita-apartment. 

In total three of the bedrooms are located in the tower and the suite and the apartment have one bedroom each. All five well-equipped bedrooms linen of cottonsatin crafted in 500 thread count long staple cotton and towels of bamboo cotton blend. Four of the five bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms and the fifth offer an en-suit shower. The apartment is reachable without having to climb a single step.

Entering the tower on the ground floor you will find an open area with a dining and a living room with a smart TV with satellite channels and a fireplace. Please note that the fireplace is for aesthetic purposes only and cannot be used. In the ground floor you can also find a well equipped kitchen. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located there and the two more in the second floor together with a communal bathroom.


To improve your experience and offer you facilities, beyond the standard ones, we added a small fridge on the first floor with glasses as to drink your cold water or wine without having to go to the ground floor. The first floor has a direct access to a balcony overlooking the Kissamos bay.

The Vita-Apartment provides a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a small fridge and kettle, and a private backyard for a tranquil escape. The apartment is reachable without having to climb a single step.

The Suite is a nice and comfortable room for a couple of the group located at a higher level than the rest of the units. On its veranda a table fitting all the guest is placed under a pergola. In the room you will find as well a small fridge, a kettle and an espresso machine to cover your needs without visiting the kitchen.

Outdoor facilities:

The pool located in the internal yard of the complex has a unique formation entering semi covered areas that offer shade and with different depths. The pool is using a salt system to keep the water clean and is heated. Heated pool is offered for free for the months October to May and if during day time the water temperature is below 24 Celsius degrees. The efficiency of the heating pump is affected always by the weather conditions.

In the upper veranda, there is a dining table for 10 guests under a pergola. Throughout the various terraces and verandas you can find many corners to relax in comfortable chairs, sunbeds or poufs. In the outdoor area, you will find also a gas barbecue.

The location and the formation of the project provides the perfect shelter for you and your group to enjoy your holidays in west Crete. Despite being in the center of the village it offers high privacy and easy access to famous taverns of the village within walking distance. Within walking distance you can find also a mini market for the basics.

Kaliviani village is the most picturesque village of north-west Crete. Located in the most convenient spot to explore the best part of Crete. It is the closest village to Balos beach (or 4km to Kissamos port) and then it is just 11 km to Falasarna beach and 53 km to Elafonisi beach. For quick dives, you can go to the nearest beach, 1 km away. Nearest beach: 1 km

Relax knowing a cleaning service visits every 3 days for reservations up to 5 nights to keep things fresh with cleaning and chance of linen and towels.
