« Considering the price of the stay, you can't expect a lot. However, It would have been nice to at least have a chair in the room. A desk or some type of table wouldn't hurt either. As for indicating long distance is included, that implied via your own phone since there is no phone in the room. Exterior lock didn't work with my room key. Had to walk the green Mile back to my room which was right by the side entrance. At least the room was reasonably clean and they did provide a mini-fridge and...

« The property is very old and needs to be updated. We had birds in our ceiling walking around and chirping. Breakfast was not much. »

Most of the room was clean but the cleaning and maintainance staff need to give more attention to the bathroom. I enjoyed the refrigerator and being able to use the table for a work station. « When i pulled up there were homeless people around the outside of the building. There's only 2 ways to get to the rooms and both stair cases are by the exit doors. No elevators. The room smelled musty and gross. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels need to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and that was the best part of the entire room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe and left to go to another hotel for the duration of my stay. »

« The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room and bathroom wasn’t quite as clean as I would have preferred, I’m a little picky when it comes to small things with cleaning, the bathtub could have used more attention, and there were spots of the carpet that looked like they had been missed vacuuming, but it was otherwise acceptable!
