« The accommodation was very impressive, extremely well equipped and immaculately clean with lovely extra's of snacks and freshly baked bread. The Alexa system was so easy to use and the shower was lovely. The only downside was that the deposit taken the day before arrival was more than the booking, so looking forward to getting that back a.s.a.p. and the twin beds were a bit smaller than a normal single bed. I would highly recommend this property to others as it is high quality accommodation. »

« The fantastic Howgills Apartments are in the quiet, calm and delightful Bainbridge Road, at just 2 minutes' walk from the town centre of Sedbergh. The apartments are in excellent condition, very comfortable, warm and inviting and come furnished with everything you could wish for, including tea and coffee supplies. The sofas are comfortable, and great for relaxing with a TV provided and there's an excellent kitchen area with large fridge and freezer so you can even "cook at home", buying fresh...

« It was our 5th stay at Howgills Apartment. As before, we were very happy with service provided. Our apartment was clean, warm and cosy. We had all we needed. Location is brilliant if you like see hills around from morning until evening and if you are walker. »

« We had a lovely stay in apartment eight. Which is always very spic and span. It’s disabled friendly, which is I have balance problems suits me well. The walk in shower was especially helpful. We enjoyed a walk out and a couple of cycles. The community orchard on the way was fascinating. Sadly you can’t book the weather, but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. We would thoroughly recommend Howgills Appartments. »

« Quaysiders resort is an apartment/hotel right by the upper side of Lake Windermere in Ambleside. It is in an absolutely perfect location close to the lake, shops, restaurants. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen that had all kitchen amenities. Our Apartment was very clean and spacious . There is an indoor pool that was warm and it can also be like a Jacuzzi. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay. The...

« Was a nice and easy check in, very nice place and spacious enough, had everything we’d need.. only problem was the lack of cleanliness. Cob webs everywhere, dust and debris on the chairs and in creases of the bedroom suede walls, spiders in corners and cutlery provided has old food hardened within the cuts of the forks as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and left. Toilet also splashes water all over the seat when flushing causing the lid to be splattered with toilet water after every flush. »

« Great little place in a prime location in a fantastic location. The layout is quirky but part of the charm and a wonderful view from the sitting / dining / kitchen area »
