« Stayed here for my sons birthday to go to flamingo land. Property was very clean and well equipped, a home from home. Location was phenomenal, 10 mins from flamingo land and pickering Castle at 5 mins away. Some shops and take aways a small walk. Parking a bit hit and miss but managed to park both nights.
Lovely decor and beds were comfortable. Couldn't recommend enough.
Welcome basket was a very nice touch

« We had a lovely week at the cottage, only one point taken off for comfort as we found the sofas very low and tired, we are seniors and maybe that’s why we were needing firm seats. Our hosts were both friendly and helpful and we were intrigued by the amount of squirrels ðŸ¿ï¸ constantly removing nuts from the tree opposite this was very entertaining. The weather was very kind to us only saw one day of showers. We were warm and happy with our accommodation and the area which we know very well, we...

« Beautiful cottage - ideally situated for exploring North Yorkshire. Like a home from home with everything you need to cater for yourself, although the town has several nice restaurants to choose from. Hosts are on site if you need them although we had no problems. The cottage we stayed in (Bransdale) had a lovely private garden for us to sit in with a little blackbird family coming in and out. Just perfect. »
