I reached out to General Manager but never received any type of acknowledgement. Also, plumbing (sink and toilet) kept backing up, needing frequent plunging and toilet wasn't even bolted to floor so it rocked back and forth. »

« When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. When I opened the door to the room, immediately I noticed that one bed was made up and the other looked like someone just got out of it. The covers was half way on the floor and the sheets were...
