« Great place! So many bedrooms! Nice private yard, great if you have a dog. Had a wonderful stay, would stay again. Close enough to Newport to drive in and out no problem, plus close to beaches. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay at this Middletown home. The house had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor space was perfect. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were comfy. We also enjoyed the beautiful, quiet location with its proximity to Second Beach and downtown Newport. The living room could use some more seating options, but other than that, our stay was perfect! »

« Extremely friendly and communicative host. Family was visiting from out of the country and it was basically perfect to accommodate 4 couples. Loved how it was two stories with two kitchens. Especially loved the outdoor firepit (firewood provided wow), string lights, and quiet/safe neighborhood. Grill was a bit dirty and there was no more aluminum foil so we had to go out and buy but wasn't a dealbreaker in any way. Would choose to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself 5/5. »

« The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
