« This house was not ready to be rented to people- the pipes were very noisy and I didn’t have one night of sleep while I was there! Huge cockroaches were in the house as well huge red ants- the management was notified that I couldn’t sleep and didn’t do nothing to resolve the issues. I also felt it was unsafe because there wasn’t curtains on the windows on the main level and I felt like anyone could be watching us. Also there are stairs to all the bedrooms. »

« This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. »

« The location was great for us as it was about 5 minutes from the Rome Tennis Center where our tournament was being held. As an added and unexpected bonus, there were 2 public courts in a park within walking distance of our house where we could warmup for our matches! Rooms were nicely equipped with charging stations, outlets, lots of lamps/lighting choices, closet space, etc. Our only small issue is that we really needed ice and filtered water from the fridge to fill our water bottles/coolers,...
