It is delightful. First- it is clean! Second- so many little decorative touches! Then the hosts provide you with everything you need too- spices, condiments, (which we tried not to use) and dish soap and coffee filters in the kitchen (which we did- thank you!) About the "sleep five"- if anyone wants to know, that is exactly true for people who plan to double up in the bedrooms on the double beds and then one extra on the sofa. It is a very comfy and wide sofa, not a sofa bed. The bedrooms are smallish and do not fit an airbed, so do plan on using the sofa.
