We also offer a coffee grinder, kettle, blender, ice maker, and toaster for your convenience. This kitchen is your culinary haven.

Serenity Cove is located in Kingsland, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Longhorn Cavern State Park and Lake LBJ, while Marta Stafford Fine Art and Highland Lakes Squadron are cultural highlights. Planning to have a boat? No problem! Serenity Cove is conveniently located next door to the private community boat ramp and has calm waters so you can easily dock up right next to the edge of the bulkhead with the provided bumpers and ropes. ** Please note: to exit the cove you must travel under a very low bridge with a 5’8” clearance to the water. You must lower any towers or bimini tops.)

You are welcome to park anywhere on the driveway or on the black rock area in front of the house. The number of parking spots available may vary depending on the size of the vehicles, but can comfortably accommodate at least 10 large vehicles.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. There is no guarantee for early or late check-in/out requests or half-day requests. Changes to these times are based on availability and the schedule of our cleaning teams.

Serenity Cove is self check-in and self check-out. The property uses an electronic keypad for access control.

MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to book at Serenity Cove. A photo of your government ID is required after booking.

CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared house for your visit! Serenity Cove is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests and we very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.

MONITORING: To protect our guests and home, Serenity Cove has a camera installed at the front door ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion-activated and only captures activity outside the front door. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. Content is not shared with third parties unless required by insurance or law.

INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel.
