Cette belle maison au bord du lac LBJ est située sur le bras supérieur de la rivière Colorado, dispose d'un ascenseur privé et est l'endroit idéal pour votre prochaine escapade au Texas. Cette maison offre une vue magnifique sur le lac et est idéale pour les divertissements en famille, comme la préparation de repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée, la compétition dans une partie amicale de ping-pong ou la détente dans le porche. La cale de bateau est recouverte d'un ascenseur (de 6 000 lb) et comprend une rampe de ski à double jet. La cour arrière ombragée est un endroit idéal pour passer un après-midi de détente en famille ou entre amis.

Just what we were looking for

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for me, my husband and my parents. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked making it great for preparing meals. We enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch, the outside patio and the dock. We would definitely stay here again.WSaturday

Great Location

We had a great stay overall. The space is very well utilized to accommodate everyone comfortably. The dock is fantastic and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house itself wasn’t near as clean as I would had hoped. There appeared to be blood or something on the walls in several places and the sheets needed to be washed before even sleeping in the master bed. You definitely need to be sure to bring your own cleaning supplies. Bought cleaning supplies and a mop while I was there because I always leave homes better than I find them. Plus side is HEB is only 10 minutes away so that was a huge plus! There are neighborhood dogs that came over at any given times that weren’t leashed, none seemed aggressive but definitely follow the rules and keep your furry friends leashed. We absolutely loved the screened in patio. Overall as I stated, our trip was great, the house was just a bit dirty but that’s an easy fix.

Kingsland TX Lake LBJ

I was very impressed witht the property and all the amenities. We are fisherman so having the dock with the electric boat hoist was very nice and only 10 minutes from the county boat ramp. Plenty of room to park and keep boat trailer across the street. Fuel and live bait available on the water only 10 minute boat ride. Fishing was great at the dock for Bass, Catfish, Brim and ocasional freash water drum. We ate fresh fish 3 nights in a row. Neighbors were very friendly as well. If I would say anything would be lacking, it would be TV in the bedrooms. Overall I would rate our stay 5 stars all the way. We willbe back soon.

Lake Escape property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake escape property. Check in was easy and the property manager communicated via text a couple times checking in on us. We had plenty of bed space with the bunk/game room area, two bedrooms and two baths. We enjoyed the lake access, kayak, boat dock, and Lilly pad. The screened porch was also nice to enjoy watching early morning boaters with a cup of coffee. They have an extra refrigerator you have access to along with a grill. Areas for improvement are there wasn’t a can opener in the kitchen, they should list that there is a keurig and regular coffee maker available, a bigger TV in the living area would be nice, and the living room furniture is a older and outdated. There is very limited parking if you are bringing multiple vehicles. The property was clean and the yard down to the lake was well kept, with easy lake access. We would stay at this property again!

Great place to spend some quality time

The property was beautiful and exactly how it was described in the listing. My friends and I had an amazing time. There was a bbq grill on the property that wasn’t listed on the amenities which was a surprise so we had a lot of fun relaxing and bonding with friends. However you have to bring your own Netflix subscription or HDMI cable if you want to watch some movies. Excellent stay!

Had a winery revent in the area. Our friend was also celebrating his birthday on Saturday. Wonderful weekend getaway. The house was exactly as advertised. Photos were accurate. Clean surroundings and wonderful setting.

Anniversary Trip

It was the perfect place for a getaway my fiancé is always so busy with work, we really needed somewhere quiet and relaxing. The Lake Escape was beautiful, great view of the lake. We loved the Lilly pad and the kayak. We will definitely be visiting again.

Pure Paradise!!

We loved every second…would stay forever if we could. The home was perfect! We have an adult daughter with profound disabilities and the layout of the house was easy to maneuver her wheelchair in. Such a relaxing and comfortable home with all the things you need on a vacation! The lakefront was my favorite! We enjoyed the easy & immediate access and stayed in the water for multiple hours at a time. The splash mat was a HUGE HIT with our 2 year old granddaughter! Cannot brag enough on this rental! Loved it so much!
