The Space: I pride myself on having a spotless home! The three upstairs bedrooms share a full bath and a there's a second full bath on the main level with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen features stainless appliances, under cabinet lighting and Teak countertops. The large primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen with a sitting area and the 3rd has a twin sized daybed with a pop up trundle, giving you two Twins or another King. There is plenty of storage with drawers and closets everywhere. The living room, primary bedroom and second bedroom feature smart televisions. You can set up your office at the dining room table, if needed.

Guest Access: You will have access to the whole home, with the exception of the basement, which is just used for storage. You will be the only guests in the home.

Check In: Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM.

Pets: Dogs are allowed with EXTRA PET CLEANING FEE of $100, however cats or other animals are not allowed. Please note: sometimes guests are not given the option for including dogs when booking, so you will need to let me know so that I can add on the extra cleaning fee. If I find that you have a dog with you and the fee has not been added, I will request the extra $100 via the VRBO site. Thanks in advance for your understanding! (Dog hair takes lots of time to fully remove!)
