This holiday home offers luxury holiday accommodation and a wonderful ‘home from home’ experience. The apartment is accessed via an internal flight of stairs leading from a communal entrance hall that is shared with just one other property.
It provides an ideal holiday base for up to seven guests and is dog friendly, with the changeover day being a Thursday.

This holiday home is accessed via a communal entrance hall, shared with just one other property. The allocated parking for this property is just a short distance from the main front door.
There is a single flight of stairs leading from the communal entrance hall to the main front door of this wonderful holiday apartment. There is a welcoming landing area just outside the internal front door to this apartment which has a useful storage area for coats, shoes and bags.
This holiday home accommodation is located on the first and second floor of the building. The first floor of the accommodation has the living space, including living / dining area, kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and first bedroom with ensuite. There is then an internal stair case off the spacious hallway leading to two further bedrooms with their respective ensuites.

11 Thurlestone Beach House has three ensuite bedrooms.
The first bedroom is located on the first floor, with a kingsize bed, large built in wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, large chest of drawer and two chairs. This is a light and airy room, beautifully presented in stylish calm tones. It also benefits from an ensuite shower room, with a shower, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet, a mirror over the basin and a heated towel rail. This bedroom has beautiful coastal views across and the open sea beyond – perfect for savouring the views with a morning cup of tea in bed.
The second and third bedroom are located on the second floor of the property.
The second bedroom comprises of a double bed with 2 bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe with drawers, dressing table and chair. It also benefits from an ensuite bathroom, with a bath, shower over the bath, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet, a mirror over the basin and a heated towel rail.
The third bedroom comprises of two single beds with a bedside cabinet and lamp, wardrobe, built in chest of drawers and a chair. This bedroom is spacious and can also accommodate an additional bed to accommodate a seventh person (perfect for a young child) on a folding z bed which makes up to a full size single bed (this configuration can be requested at the time of booking and this bed will be set up and made up in advance of your arrival). This bedroom also has an ensuite shower room, with a shower, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet, a mirror over the basin and a heated towel rail.
All bed linen and towels are included in the holiday let rental cost (excluding beach towels).
Open plan living space
There is a large open plan living space that consists of an open plan spacious living and dining area. This bright airy space has a lovely welcoming ambiance and offers stunning wonderful coastal and countryside coastal views.
The living area provides ample seating for guests with two large sofas, a coffee table, together with a flat screen TV, sideboard and Sonos music system. This space offers a great spot to take in the stunning views and has direct access to the large balcony area.
The dining area has ample space to accommodate guests to enjoy their meals, while enjoying the delightful coastal views from the window. There is a large table and seating to easily and comforably accommodate up to seven guests.
The modern kitchen is situated at the front of the property, just off the living space. It ncludes an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and other kitchen handheld appliances (such as a steamer). This modern fitted kitchen offers plenty of fitted units for storage of food items and is fully equipped with a wide range of stylish crockery, glasses, and kitchen equipment to enjoy and utilise during your stay.
There is a separate utility room, offering further cupboard storage, a sink, a washing machine and tumble drier. This room is ideal to accommodate dogs beds and dog food & water bowls.
There is a cloakroom just before the living area with a toilet, vanity cupboard with a hand wash basin and mirror.
There is a large balcony with table & chairs, with wonderful coastal and countryside views. This area has an outside table and seating - perfect for enjoying a spot of alfresco dining or relaxing with a book.
There is also the communal gardens at the Thurlestone Beach House development which are available for guests to wander around and enjoy. This includes a communal sunken fire pit / BBQ area.
There is an allocated car parking space for one medium sized car within the Thurlestone Beach House development. There are also visitor car parking spaces within this complex and these are available for use on a first come first served basis.
In addition, there is access to the property’s garage to store your beach items, paddle boards etc during your stay and a hanging facility to dry out your wetsuits and beach gear after a fun filled day on the beach.

No smoking is permitted either inside or in the grounds of the development.
Please note the balcony is not suitable for children to play on and children should be supervised at all times both on the balcony and in the communal gardens.
Please note this holiday home is located on the first and second floor of the development and accessed via a staircase in the communal entrance hall which means that it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
