Right on your doorstep is an off the beaten track 20 minute country walk down to the River Avon. Bigbury and Bantham beaches are a short drive away and offer paddle board and kayak hire for all the family to have fun.

Aveton Gifford and Modbury are your immediate villages which offer local amenities including shops, pubs and takeaways.
Dogs are very welcome, but please be aware that the barn is located on a working farm.
