  • At the Beach est le rêve d'un marcheur. Comme son nom l'indique, la côte est à votre porte; trois milles de galets pour être précis! Et pour les amoureux des chiens, votre ami à quatre pattes peut courir librement toute l'année, ce qui en fait le choix parfait à tout moment de l'année.

    Votre appartement au rez-de-chaussée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une pause détente sur la côte. La cuisine moderne vous permet de cuisiner avec style avant de vous diriger vers votre coin salon couvert pour passer du temps ensemble. Et quand tout ce que vous voulez faire est de vous détendre, vous pouvez vous détendre sur le canapé et regarder un film ou lire un bon livre ... bonheur.

    Torcross est un village endormi dans le magnifique sud du Devon. Vous vous sentirez instantanément vous détendre dans un rythme de vie plus lent car les journées sont consacrées au temps à la plage, assis dans le café en bord de mer et eacute; ou observer la faune de la réserve naturelle de Slapton Ley. Il y a aussi beaucoup à explorer dans la région, avec Blackpool sands, Dartmouth et Salcombe tous à une courte distance en voiture.

Perfect for a short beach break

We had a lovely stay in No 5, having been to quite a few of the other apartments in At The Beach over the years. It was spotlessly clean, and everything in place, as we've come to expect from Luxury Coastal. Very comfy bed, and a lovely place to finish after a busy day out and about. The shower is quite a squeeze to get in if you are a larger adult, perhaps, but not a problem otherwise! We didn't use the outside patio space in our visit, but imagine that it would have been nice and cool to sit there in the hot weather.

Break with friends

Lovely break away. Set in beautiful area right next to beach. Couple minor niggles but Jolly and Team from Coastal Concierge soon sorted Will be back in 2026 just hope there's a few more fish about then

Our second stay at this property but feel the living room furniture could do with an upgrade.

Great location for both people and dogs, good for swimming and walking. Close proximity to a very good pub serving lovely food who also offer takeaway. The outside patio appeared neglected and lots of weeds so not very appealing to sit outside with a drink which was a shame.

Lovely accommodation next to the beach

Lovely spacious accommodation on beach side location. Good for access to Dartmouth and other coastal towns. Very good customer service. Parking space across the road from the property. Small patio area to the rear. Good for couples and families.

WONDERFUL STAY IN TORCROSS

We had a lovely time, a trip down memory lane which did not disappoint. Torcross and Slapton Sands have not changed. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and right by the beach, ideal for the fishermen with us! So relaxing.

September break

First time staying in this property but know torcross well. Comfortable and had most things we needed. Scissors would be useful and we never had the key for for the car park barrier. Neither a big issue. A bit tired and worn in some places but didn't affect our stay. Fabulous location.

Great Central Apartment

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the apartment. 4 adults and 2 dogs Christmas week the apartment was clean the only down fall was the double beds are both a small double and the apartment could do with a freezer and maybe some sound proofing in the ceiling as the apartment above very noisy With children running around. And maybe a recycling area I would definitely return as the above did not put us off the lovely friendly Torcross it’s so beautiful and the beach is amazing

Break away

Apartment was well positioned with pretty well everything needed for throughout stay. Just a couple of niggles main one was family bathroom door handle and catch broken but Coastal Concierge had Locksmith out within two hours to make safe. Blinds in main bedroom looking out onto courtyard permanently closed so unable to let light in also pot's and pans had to give good wash and found lid of a tin in dishwasher that by how rusty was had been their a fair while. Niggles aside will be back in September can't wait for more fish and chips at the Startbay INN.

Spacious apartment

This is a spacious ground floor apartment, well laid out and comfortable for two adults. Convenient for the car park and beach. Two bathrooms, reasonably equipped, but one had no cupboard or shelves. Large lounge/kitchen, well equipped (apart from only 3 teaspoons) seating comfortable & large smart TV. Glimpses of the sea & Ley from this window. The bedrooms were comfortable & spacious, especially bedroom 1 which has doors leading onto an inner courtyard, with tables and chairs. Great for morning coffee or an evening drink. This was our 3rd visit to No 5 & hopefully won't be our last. We love Torcross , the Ley and the beautiful surrounding area.

TLC needed

No welcome pack or opportunity to list problems encountered. There were no instructions on how to use Kitchen utilities e.g. Cooker, Coffee Machine (couldn’t use anyway as no coffe provided) W. machine, dishwasher, TV. Shower v. small slippery, light bulbs missing in both Bathrooms so poor lighting causing problems with shaving and hair care. Repairs Reqd. Fridge freezer compartment door broken. Kettle Lid broken. Toilet roll holder broken in shower room. Unable to use Jacuzzi bath as couldn’t find breaker switch, unable to use mini shower for reasons stated.

Beautiful location by the sea

A loveky place, in a lively location. I took a dig so the ensuite room with a jacuzzi was great and a beautiful shaded area I could let them out whilst I got dressed lively cool room in a super well located place. Thank you for letting us book.

Great little bolthole near the sea

Excellent communication prior to oir arrival. The accommodation was lovely, and the location great for the South Hams with Torcross just outside. The kitchen and lounge area suited us well for a short break. The only downside was quite tight access to the shower in the bathroom!
