« They were attentive until we told them we had to leave early due to the passing of my uncle and it was time for us to get home. The pots and pans were warped. The second shower didn't get hot. Also the one bedroom is slanted where the blood flows all to your head. They have yet to respond back from when we left to see if they were kind enough to reimburse us for the three days we didn't stay due to the passing. »

Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool. "Nous sommes arrivés tard et l’accueil fermait à 17h donc j’ai communiqué avec la personne en charge des late Check-in par téléphone. La personne n’arrivait pas à voir la photo que le lui adressais … et ne voulait pas me donner le code pour accéder à la cabane, sans ce document…. Bref personnel pas sympa, "
