With rural views, Hewie's cottage is on one level and have been carefully created to incorporate the assisted living requirements of the independent wheelchair user. Sam’s and Hewies’s cottages can also be taken together to provide a self-contained space for 4 guests.

Hewie’s Cottage is run as a social enterprise. Together with the owner’s other property, Sam’s Cottage, the funds raised from paying guests go towards offering subsidised breaks to clients that would normally not be able to pay to get away. With these subsidised breaks there is an emphasis on disability of all kinds, but the property would suit anyone that wanted a great place to get away in a unique, reassuring, and safe space.

A truly amazing outside/inside sitting room attached to each cottage with ample comfortable seating and dining area, unique furniture, wood burning stove and overhead heating adds to the charm and individuality of this destination.
