The main living space of this darling home is located on the second floor, where the kitchen, living room, and dining area are combined into one big open space. No true family vacation is complete without a family meal at home and the kitchen has been equipped with every single appliance needed to make this happen. The chef of the group will come across a large, French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and even a dishwasher! There is also a Keurig coffee maker and an Espresso maker for coffee enthusiasts. This level also features two private decks, one off the kitchen with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area for four and another one off the living room with a nice seating area for two, a private bedroom with an en-suite bath with a jetted tub and a standalone shower, and a half bathroom with a washer/dryer. The ground floor level hosts a small, but cozy family room with another flatscreen TV with Roku, two bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

When you are ready to explore, take advantage of the home's easy access to hiking and biking trails at nearby North Tahoe Regional Park. Free shuttle service to Northstar through TART nearby, two blocks away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
