Nice peaceful location just south of town. The train does run nearby, but not close enough to disturb anyone. Love the well-appointed coffee station (with Keurig machine). Kitchen is well stocked and everything was sparkling clean. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was a home and just perfect. It was clean, comfortable, modern, and homey. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The extras were nice; corn-hole, bicycles, board games, puzzles, etc. The owner provided clear & concise instructions.

Thanksgiving Visit

This was a great VRBO. Clean and nicely decorated, made us feel welcome. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding, everything we needed to cook some thanksgiving sides was in the kitchen, comfortable couches to watch football. Everything was labeled and owners made it easy to find needed items. Five stars all around.

Functional and convenient

The house was immaculately maintained and fully stocked with all essentials . The host thought of everything. Enjoyed the quiet backyard setting in the evening. Very nice. Convenient to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely warm welcome

It was a lovely house and the owners gave it a very warm and Welcoming feeling. The house is beautiful and the grounds very well kept. I come back down there. I will definitely contact these owners again.

Clean and Comfortable in Kingman

The house had everything I needed. A well equipped kitchen, nice living room and comfortable bed & bath. Easy commute for my work and loved being able to park in the garage out of the hot Arizona sunshine. Everything about the reservation was smooth - easy check-in and check-out process. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Kingman.

Modern decor, all amenities provided. Close to so many grocery stores, dollar stores, good restaurants. Beds fairly comfortable, lots of towels provided along with washer and dryer. Close to trains so bring ear plugs if sensitive to noise. I would return to the same place again and recommend to anyone.

Great central location

We had plans to visit sites between Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and route 66. While each was a drive it helped to have a central home base. House was exactly as offered and super clean. Would book again

Amazing experience

Our home was being remodeled so we did a staycation and this home was extremely comfortable and inviting. There were snacks and coffee waiting for us, bikes, fire pit, and a fun outdoor game of bags. It is also in a good location and we felt safe. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this home!!!
