Each of the seven bedrooms is designed for comfort and luxury, accommodating up to 16 people. Each room includes essential amenities such as a spacious bathroom with a shower, a queen bed, a sofa, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels, hot tub towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, razor, dental floss, body lotion, foaming bath, bath salts, cosmetic cotton pads, cotton swabs, and a loofah.

For special occasions and formal dinners, three large and elegant rooms provide a sophisticated atmosphere. The dining rooms, equipped with formal dinnerware, offer the perfect space for intimate gatherings over food and fine wine with friends and family.

The entertainment floor is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a wet bar, lighting, sound system, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, theatre room, sauna, and Starlink high-speed internet.

Outdoor recreational amenities abound, including breathtaking gardens, a fish pond, a swimming pool, a hot tub, a kids' playground, a mini-golf course, a sport court, a forest pathway, fire pits with wood, a barbecue area, cornhole, and an outdoor sound system.

1. The fee structure and rental contract are designed for up to 16 daytime and overnight guests. If your party exceeds this limit, please contact us before booking.

2. The pool and hot tub are optional services available for an additional fee, outlined as follows.

Pool Usage (open from May to October):
$250 one-time fee for the unheated pool
$150 extra per day for the heated pool

Hot Tub Usage (open all year round):
$150 per day for hot tub

3. Please be aware that the premises are under constant surveillance with 24-hour recording video-audio surveillance cameras installed both outside the house and in the garage. These cameras have coverage extending up to 60 feet.
