Welcome to our spacious, family-friendly 3-bedroom home in beautiful Kincardine, just a 2-minute drive to Lake Huron and about a 10-minute walk to downtown. You’ll be close to beaches, shops, restaurants, parks, summer events, and local attractions.

Our home can comfortably host up to 10 guests. It is a clean, comfortable retro-style home with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi/internet, air conditioning and heating, a bright living and dining area, a deck, patio furniture, a gas BBQ, and plenty of space to relax.

Families with children will love the backyard play area, including swings, slides, trampoline, play structures, and outdoor space to play and enjoy. Guests can also make use of the gas BBQ during their stay.

Parking is available for up to 3 cars during the summer. Our driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, and street parking is also permitted in Kincardine during the summer, so a third car can be parked on the street directly in front of the house.

During the spring, fall, and winter, parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

Families with children will love the backyard play area. It includes swings, slides, a trampoline, monkey bars, play structures, and plenty of outdoor space for children to play and enjoy.

Guests can also enjoy several outdoor spaces during their stay. The back deck includes a full patio set, bar area, outdoor seating area, and gas BBQ, making it a great place to relax or enjoy meals outside. From the deck, guests can take in the beautiful ravine view that runs along the property, as well as the backyard playground area, which is perfect for little ones to have fun.

The front deck has two chairs and and an outdoor bench under the shade of a beautiful tree, with additional play space for children. There is also a side balcony connected to the dining room by sliding doors, making it a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold drink in the afternoon or evening.

July and August are wonderful months to visit Kincardine, with many local events and summer traditions nearby. Guests can enjoy highlights such as the Kincardine Scottish Festival & Highland Games, Lighthouse Blues Festival, The Phantom Piper at the historic Kincardine Lighthouse, Saturday Night Pipe Band Parades along Queen Street, Monday Market in the Park at Victoria Park, Cruise Nights downtown, beach days at Station Beach, and visits to the Kincardine Lighthouse and Museum.

Lake Huron is also close by, where guests can enjoy summer days by the water, including swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing, relaxing at the beach, and taking in beautiful Lake Huron sunsets.
