Travelodge is a cheap hotel. I hoped that cheap did not rime with disgusting but it does. Bath tub was dirty, sink was blocked but the worse was the BUG I found under my head in the PILLOW. I found it at midnight and could not sleep during the rest of the night with the fear to run into other insects. When I showed the pillow with the bug in it to the woman at the office, she looked amused and said it was normal to find these in the region and never apologized for anything.

The pool is closed for a water shortage which was really unfortunate in the heat! Other than that the breakfast was good - your usual options. Beds were comfy but AC was loud and sporadic. Convenient location for our trip north.

Our room really needs some tlc and deep down cleaning. The sink was slow to drain, the ac control needed new batteries. The street noise was all night with traffic. It's the main road thru town for truckers. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
