« The room was clean and in a good location, but it had a strong cigarette smoke smell. Overall, our experience was very frustrating. There was no on-site staff, no map, and no clear directions, which made it extremely difficult to find both our room and boat slip. We spent hours driving and walking around during a thunderstorm trying to locate everything, and check-in took nearly four hours. We were also not informed in advance that the boat ramp was closed, & the slip was meant for small...

« I can’t wait to get back here! This was a first of many vacations to Ozark Mountain Resort. Quiet and beautiful. Much bigger than I expected! I learned a lot about the property while I was there and I was educated on the property a little as well. I know the future of this place will be great and we are excited to visit again. You are about 30-40 minutes from most places in Branson. For my family this was just what I wanted. My son was fishing everyday. My babies had an awesome pool to swim in....

« Our stay was not pleasant. We chose this facility because the 2nd photo had a grill in front of the entrance. We drove 4 1/2 hrs for a weekend trip to find that It did not. It was also listed in amenities. We asked once arriving and were assured there was one. We had a late arrival so we went ahead and stayed the night as planned. We noticed the kitchen had no grill accessories. After much back and forth with the customer service we were told they did not have one but we could use one in common...

« We recently stayed in this rental unit. The house is large and held out 21 people with no issues on space. Most of the bedrooms are spacious, a few smaller than others. The bunks are great and don't make even an adult feel confined. We had a few issues and Adam resolved them as soon as he could. There are plenty of dishes for everyone, refrigerator downstairs make it nice for overflow. Furniture on patio is well taken care of and comfortable. Washer/dryer are in basement and upstairs, none...
