If, like many others, you’re in search of the perfect, peaceful lakeside vacation with the option of exciting nearby attractions, then look no further than Lakeview at Table Rock, a serene 2-bedroom condo sitting right on the shores of gorgeous Table Rock Lake.

The Space:
Located in the quaint town of Kimberling City, this area is a haven for locals and out-of-state visitors alike due to the almost unlimited amount of exploration one can do through the expansive Ozarks, as well as the picturesque landscape. When you stay at Lakeview at Table Rock, you will truly be in the center of it all!

*****Please note that it is possible for there to be construction near this property through the remainder of the year. That being said, the host believes that it will not cause any disruption to the stay of any guest, nor may the guest hold the host responsible for any such disruption.*****

The spacious wraparound outdoor balcony offers unlimited views of the lake as well as the scenic Kimberling City Bridge. A café table with seating for 4 provides the option for an outdoor meal or game of cards in the fresh Ozark air. Stepping inside, bright, well-lit spaces stocked with comfortable furnishings invite you to unwind after a long day of outdoor activities. From the cozy living room with ample sofa-style seating and large, mounted smart TV to the dining room table with seating for 6, you and your guests will find places suitable for spreading out or coming back together for memorable moments. A clean, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances and drip coffee maker allows for home cooked meals and plenty of counter space for preparing local takeout.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen size beds, TV, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the attached lot.
- No pets allowed.
- This is a walk-up unit with 5 steps leading up to the unit.
- The pool is seasonally open from 10 AM - 10 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Great view of the lake and bridge. Unit was close to pool and easy access to parking nearby. Enjoyed the slower pace of Kimberling City choosing to explore the MO and AR Ozark areas away from the touristy Branson area, but still close enough to pop over for a few hours. Unit was as expected and we would stay there again. Hard to locate with new condo construction and shopping area on the main road but was able to locate with a little extra effort and certainly appreciated the privacy after we found it.

Get away at The Rock

We stayed 5 days. The view of the Kimbetling Bridge and lake is the feature point here. This corner unit is close to the pool and a beautiful site to see every day. The screen on the front patio door wouldnt stay on track but didnt keep us from sitting out there. Mattresses were not to our liking. Just too soft. Everything else was great.

Nice Condo but, needs a few issues addressed

Positives: Nice flooring and furniture; showers and bathroom were adequate, The view on the patio is really nice toward the bridge. There is a tree blocking the view to the south which is about 20% dead and an eyesore. Removing the tree would open the view to the south. The plates, glassware, bowls and cookware were completely fine. Issues needing addressing: 1. The south facing screen door is broken so the screen can't be open and closed without coming off the track. 2. There is a pull-out bed on the couch but, no bedding to put on it unless we just couldn't find it. 3. The window A/C in the 2nd bedroom would not stay on for more than 10 minutes. The breaker kicked out and had to be reset in order to re-start it. I tried to put it on Low Cool but, the knob was broken too. It may actually be a fire hazard if the breaker is sensing a voltage issue. 4. There were no temporary storage containers for left overs. 5. It lacked some basic amenities such as salt, pepper, saran wrap or foil. 6. It's not a super big deal but, Keurig machines are so cheap now that it would have been nice to have one. Overall we liked the place but, fixing a few things would make this a 5 star location.

Table Rock lake in the Spring

The property had a great view over table rock Lake. There were four of us here that went fishing on our boat for the weekend. We enjoyed the facilities. There were some minor issues. The dining room table is loose and sort of wobbly. The spare bedroom has, an older AC/heater unit like a motel room. That was quite loud, but was very efficient for heating and cooling.

Had a wonderful weekend. The property was clean and the views were amazing. Very good contact with property manager. The only difficulty we had was finding the place and luckily someone in a review before us had the same problem so we followed their instructions and then found it right away. We definitely would stay here again. Wonderful town, ate at Big Buoys and Rachel our server was fantastic.
