🔑 Private Entrance & Self Check-In

• Guests have full private access to the entire upper-level suite.

• Self check-in is available through the private entrance on the right side of the covered walkway, marked "The Kimberley Mountain Getaway."

• The in-suite laundry area is for guests' private use and includes a washer, dryer and unscented laundry detergent.

• There are no shared indoor spaces with the lower suite.

🎿 Outdoor Gear Storage

• A dedicated lockable storage shed is located under the covered walkway for skis, bikes, golf clubs and outdoor equipment.

🚗 Parking

• Parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway directly in front of the garage doors

• Additional parking may be available behind the driveway area for smaller vehicles (depending on size and conditions)

• No guest access to the garage

• Professional snow removal is provided during winter months for easy access

We offer convenient self check-in and respect your privacy throughout your stay. The separate lower suite may occasionally be occupied by us as the homeowners or by other guests, but there are no shared indoor spaces. We are always available through Airbnb messaging if you have any questions or need assistance.

We are always happy to help with property questions, local recommendations, activity ideas, dining suggestions, or tips to help you make the most of your time in Kimberley.

Last house on our side of the road before the base of Kimberley Alpine Resort. Only a short 5 minute walk to the ski resort base and amenities (ticket sales, ski lift and bar/restaurants).
A short 2 minute drive to Trickle Creek Golf Resort. There are many more beautiful golf courses within a short drive.

The Peak to Platzl Downtown Shuttle is a convenient free transportation service (in the winter) between the Kimberley Alpine Resort base area, on-mountain accommodations and the downtown shops, pubs and restaurants.

• We have loved welcoming guests to Kimberley Mountain Getaway and have received many wonderful reviews over the years. After a period with professional property management, we are excited to be hosting guests ourselves again and look forward to sharing our home and local knowledge with you.

🏡 Shared Duplex

• Kimberley Mountain Getaway is the upper-level unit of a quiet up/down duplex. The lower-level suite is a separate, fully self-contained unit with its own private entrance and no shared indoor spaces.

• Guests may occasionally hear normal household sounds from the lower suite.

• Please be respectful of guests staying in the lower suite and shared outdoor areas.

🪜 Stairs

• Two exterior steps lead to the private front entrance.

• A flight of stairs leads to the main living area, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms.

• A second flight of stairs leads to the open loft sleeping area.


🧺 Laundry

• Unscented laundry detergent is provided.

• Please do not use scented laundry products, fabric softeners or dryer sheets during your stay.

🐾 Pet Policy

• This home is not pet friendly.

• No pets are permitted due to allergy considerations.

🌙 Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM in consideration of neighbouring guests.
