« Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? »
« The place is fine. Excellent dinner provided and good beds and bathroom.
But, no fans are provided in the tents and during the time we were there it was extremely hot. On the whole it is very very expensive for what it is. We would have expected a pool for the price paid and a a fan... The Savannah Lodge has all this.

« Beautiful location with stunning views of the lake. Check in was quick and efficient and cabin was tidy and well presented. Noise from modem was above normal levels and impacted on having a rested sleep, and staff were informed. Their response to check this out was slow and no feedback was provided to rectify this.
