« We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

« From the moment we booked we could tell this apartment was something special. My children couldn't wait to visit and explore all the tech in the apartment and they absolutely loved it! It was clean, comfortable and in the most perfect location. We couldn't recommend this apartment enkught and would love to come back. »

« Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. »

« Bank holiday weekend away with 12 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs.Each cottage was clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedrooms were all of a good size and there was plenty of communal space with a dining table and sofas in each.The pool was clean and the hot tub was a hit! « When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. « We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...
