• The outdoor heated pool is open during the summer months (Memorial Day to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Please double-check your guest count — there might be a per-person, per-night fee if you miss anyone.
• We’ll send you smart lock codes for easy, contactless check-in and check-out.
• We’re flexible with check-in/out times when possible, and guaranteed options are available for an extra charge.
• You`ll need to e-sign our rental agreement after booking.
• For your peace of mind, there`s a camera outside the condo and one in the entryway. No indoor cameras, promise!
• We have AC in the master bedroom and have found that 99% of the time this is sufficient to cool the entire condo, especially with Vermont`s cool mountain breezes.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Winter weather can be tricky! No weather-related refunds, so we recommend travel insurance. All-wheel drive & winter tires are a good idea too.
• Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.
