Welcome to Highridge B7, a beautifully renovated four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo located at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Just minutes from the base lodges, this spacious retreat is ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy everything Killington has to offer in comfort and style.
Highridge B7 offers stunning mountain views and access to a wide range of on-site amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, hot tub, and private saunas. With its prime location and well-maintained resort setting, this condo serves as a perfect home base for year-round adventures.
The main level features a fully renovated kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The dining area seats eight comfortably, while the inviting living room includes a propane fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and wine fridge, creating a cozy space to unwind after a day on the mountain. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located within the unit.
Two bedrooms are located on the main level, including one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, along with a full bathroom and an additional shower-only bathroom.
Upstairs, the loft area provides extra space to relax, complete with a futon and an electronic game for entertainment. The upper-level king bedroom features an attached full bathroom with a private sauna, offering a relaxing retreat after skiing or hiking. An additional bedroom with two double beds provides comfortable accommodations for more guests.

• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
