Our unit is the nearest building to the Snowshed lifts (5 min walk on), Grand Hotel Spa, Adventure Center/Bike Park, Ski Home Trail, Golf Course, parking, Snow Tubing Park and Sports Center with pool, hot tubs, gym. Renovated living area with VT stone fireplace, new rustic modern kitchen, updated baths, beds and more. Unit backs to private woods and directly to the ski home/bike trail. It is a single level unit with no stairs, easy access to the parking area, and right next to pool/hot tubs (no long walk in the cold like some buildings). Pop next door for Starbucks coffee or Apres Ski at Prestons!

Trail Creek is the closest development to the Snowshed base area, you'll enjoy an abundance of resort amenities, events and activities. It is a 5 minute walk to the lifts, or pick up the shuttle in front of the building (Weekends only in 2022). Our unit is also the closest building to the Grand Hotel to enjoy apres-ski, morning Starbucks coffee, Preston's restaurant, snow tubing or the spa. In the summer, you are right next door to the adventure center and bike park for easy on/off access.

You can find many activities for all ages such as golfing at Green Mountain National or Killington's golf course; hiking at Pico, Killington, Deer's Leap, or the Long Trail; biking at Killington or Pico; swimming a short drive to either the Chittenden Dam, or Echo Lake; fishing in our nearby rivers such as the White River or Ottaquechee River; or have a fun day at the new Adventure Center with all season mountain coaster, lift served biking, ropes course, zip line and more! Private amenities such as an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center and wi-fi internet. Killington also operates the lifts for great sight seeing or downhill mountain biking!

Very nice and cozy condo! It's not a "ski-on" condo as there's about a 10 minute walk to the bottom of Snowshed. You can ski-in if the conditions are good, which they were during our stay. Bathrooms and furnishings were all very nice. The kitchen was missing a few items (no spatula and coffee mugs were under 7oz.), but well equipped otherwise. The PM/Host was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend the unit for your stay at Killington.

Unit was very clean with the exception of dirty towels and blankets thrown into closet. The rest of the unit was clean and tidy. Master room shower wold not get hot. think it was faulty knob. Right next to sauna, pool and hot tub. Would recommend if housekeeping problem corrected.

Exceptional Location for Summer Stay
Ideal location for access to Killington trails and Adventure Center. Everything was in working order and it accommodate our family of five nicely (ages: 11, 9 and 6). We rotated which kid got pullout sofa bed in living room with the other two sharing the large bunk beds in guest room. The owner/manager was very responsive to our inquiries and requests. Although the unit could generally use some updating, it more than met our needs and was priced competitively.

Great location for a great price
The location of this property can’t be beat. We stayed with friends for a board game convention, and it was an easy walk to the main hotel and lodge. Some of the decor is dated and could use an update (including the lawn furniture with a broken table and the main bedroom dresser missing a drawer pull), but for the price, these are minor. We will look to book this place again next year!

Killington getaway
Well appointed condo that had everything a busy family needs on vacation. Lots of amenities in the condo made for an easy visit with 2 teens. Condo is very close to the mountain for easy access to all that Killington has to offer. Owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had; answered within minutes. Pool and hot tub literally a walk across the path. Can't wait to return.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated and are modern and complete.
The condo is spacious and not overly cluttered with furnishing -- plenty of room for you to bring your own stuff like golf clubs or skis and have a place for them.
The location is walking distance from the golf course and a couple of the restaurants up at the summit.
Ryan is very responsive via the chat app.

Great Weekend
We had a lovely time in Killington and will definitely consider coming back! The location of this place is unbeatable - very convenient to the slopes and to area restaurants. The place is comfortable and has all you might need. The washer was not working for us, but laundry was not a requirement for us on the trip. If you need laundry I would confirm that it is in working order. Other than that, the place was lovely and we would definitely consider staying again!

Great Condo for Bike Park Long Weekend
We've stayed in 3 condo complexes near the bike park base area, and this was the best location. You can walk/ride up a short path and you're at the bike park.
Ryan's unit has been updated inside and the kitchen/dining area were great for our family (5) trip for a long weekend. The indoor pool/hot tub complex and in-unit laundry were welcome after a rainy day on the trails. It was very convenient to duck in for lunch rather than the expensive on-mountain cafe options.
Communication with Ryan was immediate, and he helped resolve some simple needs with onsite resources. We've had several condo rentals in the area in the past couple of years at Killington - Mountain Green, Whiffletree, and this at Trail Creek. This was the best from a location and amenity standpoint. We'd definitely stay here again.

Summer Beauty
The location was perfect for us - needing a cool summer spot to relax and disconnect. Plenty of great food options still open, though some closed as this is primarily a ski spot. Killington has a ton of natural beauty - summer activities options on the mountain were great. Traffic was low, which was exactly what we wanted. Pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Property and grounds and the condo were excellent and to us better than pictured. Beds slept very well. Condo was appointed and we enjoyed board games there, especially Clue. We plan to come again. Host was excellent to communicate and late check in was no problem. Really had an excellent stay and overall experience!

Spring skiing
We stayed at this condo from 4/8 - 4/14 and had a great time. The beds and pillows were excellent (the best we have ever had on any stay). The showers and bathrooms were great, kitchen was well stocked, and the unit was very comfortable. Hot tubs right across from the unit were very convenient.
We skied for 6 days on a spring pass. Unfortunately, the second day we were there, they closed the Snowshed lift and base area for the season. Thus, if you are staying in April you should not count on being able to walk to the slopes or using the ski home trail. While you could walk to the Snowshed lifts (when in operation), it would not be an easy walk with ski stuff on, so I would not describe this cabin as “ski out” (at least not for our family). Here’s a tip - We ended up driving to the Vale Parking lot less than a mile away. All you have to do is cross a two lane road and hop on a ski run. This was super convenient and much more convenient than parking at the Snowshed base where the walk is much longer.
One other suggestion - we could not find a broom in the condo. This would have been helpful to have with all of the small gravel that sticks to shoes.
Overall, condo was great; host was super responsive; and we had a great time.

Great stay
This was our first trip to Killington as a family and we wanted something close and convenient so we could ski all day with the kiddos.
The condo was perfect for our family. Super comfy beds, cozy fire place. We cooked dinners and made lunches in the well organized kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities and we spent an evening shooting pool with the kids.
The ski in was excellent and easy...the hike to the lift was a little difficult for my 6 yr old in his gear (and he's a very avid skier who carries his own equipment everywhere). We were hoping to come back for lunches but it wasn't quite so easy. The second half of our trip we ended up keeping our skis in the car and driving over to snowshed lot (also super easy since it's right around the corner).
There was also a lot of noise from the upstairs unit. The walls and floors are thin, so if you're a light sleeper you may have some difficulty.
All in all we loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you!!

Great location
Very comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo close to slopes. Walk to lift and a true ski home. Condo felt spacious, has a large foyer to put coats, skis and boots. Easy to remember 4 digit code. Loved the comforters and beds, good water pressure and updated bathrooms. Updated kitchen with everything we needed. We brought our own shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as laundry detergent as that wasn’t supplied. Lots of ice cubes in freezer was a nice touch too! The indoor pool was a bit chilly but hit tub near pool was plenty hot. The other hot tub likely gets more use and was foamy, so we didn’t use it. Overall, a great condo with some nice perks!

We had a great time staying at this condo. The location really couldn't have been better. It was spacious enough for our party of 4. Two adults and 2 teenage boys (essentially adult sized) The full size bunk was a hit. The ability to walk to the lift and ski/ride home was great. It was really quiet even though it's a 1st floor unit. Ryan was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay in this condominium. It was close to the mountain for our hiking and wedding events. We were close to a workout facility and to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
