The main level includes a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom with a washer/dryer. The luxurious lower-level master suite boasts a queen bed, an attached full bathroom, and a rejuvenating sauna. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival.

Located in the Killington Ski Village at the base of Killington Mountain, Highridge offers deluxe amenities. The Highridge Sports Center features an indoor pool, an oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. In winter, take advantage of the free shuttle service on weekends and peak holidays, along with ski-home trail access. In summer, explore extensive mountain biking trails and enjoy tennis or pickleball on clay courts.

Things to keep in Mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information.
