Please note that the AC is located on the top floor, and middle floor of our home. The bottom floor does not have AC, but does tend to stay cooler. Bedroom 1, 2, and 3 are on the bottom floor of our home.
-Please be advised that there are ladders used to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you agree to hold harmless the owner for any injuries or death that may occur.

Understand that the youth of the hot tub is at your own risk and may be involved from the use of a hot tub. You accept full responsibility We injury resulting in the use of the hot tub and hold the owner harmless.
-We provide you with door codes for the smart locks so that you can come and go as you please. There is contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
-Absolutely no smoking in the house. There is a $500 extra cleaning fee if there is smoking.
-For safety reasons, there is an exterior camera at the house.
-Minut, smart home technology that measures volumes throughout the house to help us respond to noise nuisances without disupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required on this property.
-We use ladders to access the bunk beds. You agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
