It's also conveniently located within a half mile from Killington Ski Area and Snowshed Lodge; less than six miles from Thundering Brook Falls Trail and Pico Mountain Ski Resort; within 16 miles of Coolidge State Forest, Calvin Coolidge Historic Site, Paramount Theatre, and Pine Hill Park; and 22 miles from Okemo Mountain Resort.

Mountain Green Condominiums have ongoing construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
