Two units under one roof (connected through an inside door), five minutes from the K1 lodge. Killington Ski Haus is a freshly renovated duplex with two private 3-bedroom units, booked together for up to 16 guests.



Spend the day on the mountain, then come home to stillness. Sink into the hot tub, refresh in the new barrell sauna, gather at the big fire pit for s'mores, or light the propane fireplace and let the evening slow down. Think fika by the fire, warm boots by the door and sleep that actually restores you.



Killington Road restaurants are a 2 minute drive. The K1 Base Lodge is 5 minutes away.

Fresh Renovation:

The house is freshly renovated, including brand-new natural, waterproof hardwood floors throughout, fresh paint, and a renovated kitchen.



Good to Know:

A few downstairs rooms use baseboard heat. We provide electric blower heaters, so switch them on if it gets really cold.

No smoking or vaping of any substance, indoors or outdoors. No pets. No RVs or trailers.

Firewood is not provided. Grab a bundle for the fire pit at one of the many convenience or grocery stores nearby.

Two outdoor Ring security cameras, one at the front and one at the back of the house. Neither faces the hot tub, sauna or pool. They are for security only.

Two indoor smart monitors detect smoke of any kind and track temperature. They do not record audio or video.
