There are two full bathrooms, one with a jetted tub and a private sauna for your convenience and pleasure. Step into the open-concept living area, where you can unwind by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, complete with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with essential cookware and dining utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the balcony for a breath of fresh air and views of the serene woods. Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center, which features an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a free shuttle runs on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area. Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival. In warmer months, hiking and biking trails are just outside your door, and the Killington Golf Course is less than a mile away. After a day of adventure, you can relax on the property’s serene wooded grounds or enjoy a quiet evening by the fire. Things to keep in Mind: • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees may apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. • Pool towels for the Sports Center are provided in the condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the condo. • EV chargers cannot be used until registration is complete. Early registration is required, and guests must download the SWTCH app to register. • Shuttle service is offered during the winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. • The ski-home trail is dependent on natural snow conditions. • Some third-party booking sites may categorize this property as ski-in/ski-out. The condos offer ski-home access only, weather permitting, and we are unable to change how third-party sites display their categories or amenities. • Minimum age to rent this condo is 24. • The Highridge Sports Center is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days per week. • A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival.
