Summary:

Bring the group together and experience beach living in this Kill Devil Hills home just steps to the sound! 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a private fenced backyard and a quick drive to the beach. Optional Country Club access is available to guests for $200, offering a beachside pool, children’s day camps, tennis, and water aerobics.



The Space:

Your Sojourn home is equipped with hardwood floors and carpet throughout. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom on with a full an ensuite bathroom. Outside, there is a shower.



On the 2nd Floor there is a 1/2 bathroom, a laundry room, a den, and kitchen.



On the 3rd Floor there are 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the primary suite and one bathroom is in the hallway. The 4th Bedroom has 2 twin beds. *Note* There is no closet in the 4th bedroom with the twin sized beds.



There is a propane grill available for your use.

★ Parking: There is a large driveway that can accommodate between 4-5 vehicles. Two parking spots are complimentary with guest passes. Additional parking ranges from $15–$25 per day. Lost or unreturned passes are subject to a $500 fee.

Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. The best way to get around this area is to have a car. There are ample parking options available at most attractions, beaches, and businesses.

Rental Agreement

After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



Guest Verification with Truvi

To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification platform. You’ll receive a direct message from Truvi to complete your verification. Please complete this step before check-in. Visit Truvi’s website to learn more.



Trust & Safety Fee

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.



Pet Policy (When Pets Are Permitted)

Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $100 per pet (max of 2 dogs). Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
