Ocean Breeze 102 is a stylish and modern townhome located in the highly sought after Ocean Breeze Community in Kill Devil Hills. This 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. With updated amenities and a semi-oceanfront location, this beautiful home is just a short walk from the beach and close to local shopping and restaurants.

Inside the home, you're greeted with updated furnishings and decor to make you feel right at home. The open-concept living area is bright and spacious and features a large living room, dining area and kitchen that act as the perfect location for family memories to be made. The outside sundeck offers glimpses of the ocean and nearby attractions. It is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning! When it's time to turn in for the night, Ocean Breeze 102 has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with their own private bathroom to ensure a restful night sleep as you prepare for another day of beachcombing and exploring.

Exploring the OBX: While in town, don't miss out on the opportunity to visit some of the historic sites that the Outer Banks is known for! Spend the day over on Roanoke Island where you can watch the outdoor drama "The Lost Colony" to learn about the mysterious disappearance of the colonists. Or head over to visit the spot where Orville and Wilbur Wright achieved the first powered, controlled, and sustained airplane flight at the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kill Devil Hills.

Beach Access: Head south along NC12 to the Clark Street Beach Access. Access offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers, a wooden walkway and lifeguard (Summer months only).

Note: Community is currently under construction.

No Smoking/Vaping. Dog Friendly - Dogs allowed for an additional fee. Pool scheduled to open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Parking for 2 Cars.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Our stay was great! The home was so clean and modern! Family and dog friendly! We love how close the beach is and it’s not far from a lot of popular restaurants. We are a family of four ( two adults, a 6 month old, and a dog) and it was a perfect fit. We will be back to visit again!

Perfect long weekend

This is a great townhouse that was very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. It was just a 1/2 block to the closest beach access, and we really enjoyed being able to walk to various restaurants for our meals. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Outer Banks!

OBX

The townhouse was exactly what we needed as a family of 4. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the ocean brew from the 3rd floor deck was nice. However, there was no furniture on either decks so that made it difficult to enjoy the inside space. The BR’s also both need dressers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase for your stay. Additional hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful as well as floor mats included with the linen. All in all, it was a lovely townhome and would be close to perfect with some minor upgrades. Thank you.
