L'unitĂ© G2 du Golden Strand Condo est un condominium en bord de mer situĂ© au milepost 7. 6 Ă  Kill Devil Hills, en Caroline du Nord. Ce condo Beachy 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain dispose d'une vue extrĂȘme sur le front de mer, cuisine pleine grandeur, balcon privĂ©, et plus encore! Ceci est une unitĂ© non-fumeur / pas d'animaux.

Cette belle 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain front de mer Condo est une grande maison de vacances en famille. La plage est juste devant votre porte - vous ne pouvez pas vous en approcher! L'unité peut accueillir 8 personnes (n'hésitez pas à apporter un matelas pneumatique pour dormir plus). La chambre principale a sa propre salle de bain privée avec vue privée sur l'océan.

Le salon dispose d'un salon joliment décoré, d'une télévision à écran plat avec Blue-ray / DVD, d'un canapé-lit avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, de plusieurs tables de bout et d'une table basse. Le bar comprend un évier. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes. La cuisine ouverte bien équipée, avec cuisiniÚre électrique et lave-vaisselle, donne sur les coins salle à manger et salon. Le long du mur arriÚre de l'unité est une porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur le grand balcon privé donnant sur l'océan. Ici, vous trouverez plus de siÚges pour vous détendre, lire ou regarder le magnifique lever du soleil du matin. Ou dans la soirée, vous pouvez vous asseoir dans le patio avec moustiquaire à l'avant de l'unité et profiter d'un coucher de soleil. L'unité complÚte est une laveuse et une sécheuse sur place.

À l'extĂ©rieur, vous trouverez deux piscines fabuleuses (une juste pour les enfants). Une aire de jeux pour les enfants, un grill Ă  charbon et une aire de pique-nique, un grand parking sĂ©curisĂ© et un ascenseur. Pour votre confort, il y a aussi une douche extĂ©rieure ouverte.

Evadez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez de votre matinée sur le pont en dégustant votre café du matin et en regardant le soleil se lever sur l'océan Atlantique. Passez l'aprÚs-midi sur la plage à regarder les dauphins et les pélicans et à nager dans l'océan. En soirée, profitez des nombreuses possibilités de shopping et de restauration ou détendez-vous dans le patio aménagé.

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the view is incredible. We’ve stayed at a number of locations in OBX and this one was by far the best. While the unit and property are not fancy or luxurious, it’s very clean and roomy! The floor plan for the unit is great. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and have a little privacy. The only suggestion I have is a darker window treatment for the bedroom that faces west. There’s a security light right outside the window that lights up the outside walkway. While I’m thankful for exterior security lighting it was like the sunshine coming in the room. We just clipped a large beach towel over the window for the week. Other than a darker curtain for that window I wouldn’t change a thing!

This was our first vacation as a family of 4 and we couldn’t have had a better time. The easy walk to the beach, the private playground and the kiddie pool were a huge hit with our kids. The condo was clean and beds were very comfortable. The balcony and porch were great for us to relax on after the kids went to bed. We will be back!

Great Condo. Great location. RIght on the beach. We sat on the front porch and enjoyed the ocean 10 ten days. Didnt have to drag everything we owned to set up down in the sand. It was right in front of us.An exceptional stretch of weather was the cherry on top

Great location, misleading listing

Location of this property in kill Devil Hills is fantastic if you want to be close to town and directly on the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony with the sun on us, looking at the ocean. Unfortunately, there is no hot tub as listed and the pool is seasonal only, although this is not indicated. The washer and dryer are not in the unit, but on the bottom floor in an unmarked area. The front porch is lovely. Unfortunately during our stay the entire condo complex was getting their smoke alarms tested for 2 hours. Warning that this would be occurring could have prevented us from thinking there was an actual threat and rushing out of the condo. As a whole, the location and close proximity to the beach were wonderful although the listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual property.

Great location.

We are happy with our stay. The condo is at a great location where you can access everything, shops, restaurants, the grocery store (Publix) is within walking distance. We also loved the view from the deck. The kitchen is spacious which is great for families who want to cook their own meals.

Perfect view

We loved staying at this condo! It was more spacious than I expected, and we had everything we needed. The view of the ocean is outstanding! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoying the view in the evening. Being right on the beach is the best!

A perfect vacation

The condo was the perfect place for us. We found the condo to be cozy and comfortable. It is located just minutes away from a variety of activities. We could sit on the deck and be "at the beach" without hauling our gear down to the sand. The owner was responsive to our questions and we would definitely stay here again.

Great views and easy beach access

Completely as pictured online. Plenty of room too. Only complaint was just 1 elevator. Laundry room great to wash more than one load of laundry at a time. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for families

We are a family of 5 and loved staying here for the week! The condo is clean, beautiful location on the beach, and the owner is so helpful. Check in was a breeze, and he always answered any questions I had before and throughout the week. Great location to restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again!

Good location, could use some updating

We enjoyed the location on the beach & proximity to restaurants & sights. Unit was clean, but couch & other furnishings really need to be replaced. The style was from least a couple of decades ago, & the lack of comfort & cleanliness of the worn out couch were a big negative. It did seem like some decorating was done with cute wall decor but was mixed in with some old stuff, too. I was also hoping some beach gear would be available since we flew in from out of state & didn’t want to have to purchase things we couldn’t take home. There were a couple of well-used beach chairs, but even a few simple sand toys would be great to have on hand for families. We did purchase a boogie board for our daughter to use & had to leave it there, but hopefully someone else will get to use it. I’m not sure how common this is, but a place we rented one time before had a well-stocked storeroom of beach gear & it was so helpful. The check-in process was simple since the door was unlocked & keys were on the counter, but even that felt a little odd regarding security. Overall, if someone wanted to visit this particular area, I might recommend looking into some of the newer or more updated condos. For our budget & the time we spent there, it was ok.

Perfect vacation spot

The condo was very clean. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The beach was clean and practically vacant. The kids loved laying out and swimming. We utilized the grill for dinner. The deck was amazing for watching the waves in the morning and enjoying our coffee. We could easily watch the kids playing at the beach from the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easily accessible. The host was very quick to respond to questions.

Vacation Enjoyed!

Even though it rained several of the days, we still enjoyed the ocean from our balcony on the second floor and did some Kitty Hawk exploring. And there were so many close excellent recusants to chose from for dinning. The place was clean and well supplied with kitchen utensils etc... But didn't realize there was an elevator until the 2nd day but was so grateful for it being on the 2nd floor. Only improvement would be that someone would have been in the office, which was closed due to short staff. But all-in-all we would stay there again!

Family getaway

I stayed here with my husband and two young children, preschooler and baby, for a one week spring vacation. The location is perfect, we loved the view of the ocean from the deck and being just steps away from the beach. The condo is cozy and had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. When we wanted to eat out, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. Our only complaint was that the check in process could have been smoother. We drove a long way to get to the condo and our key and parking pass were not available outside the management office upon arrival. Seems the property manager dropped the ball. However, I reached out to the owner via Vrbo, and he responded quickly and helped remedy the situation with calls to the manager on our behalf. Once we got inside about half a hour later and I saw the ocean view, I was able to get over the frustration pretty quickly. The rest of our stay was without any problems, so overall I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
