The first thing that will catch your eye is the inviting screened in front porch, just waiting for you to sit and watch the sun come up & sip coffee or enjoy an afternoon cocktail! Sunbathe on the back deck in the afternoon or grill food by the fire pit at night. This home is a perfect getaway for families with children, couples, or a guys/girls week! Quiet street, 2 blocks to beach access, 2 blocks to Goombay’s Raw Bar and Grill, Publix, Food Lion, Lowes, & department stores located within walking distance.

The interior was professionally remodeled & decorated with beach inspired furnishings. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 bathrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, another with a queen bed, & a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, sleeps-4 (perfect for children or adults). There is a locked storage underneath the house where there is a full bath with an enclosed shower, toilet and sink (perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach) & washer & dryer.
