The Space:

Welcome to Waverunner, a 3 bed/ 3.5 bath modern condo designed with comfort, convenience, and coastal relaxation in mind. With an open inviting living space, comfortable bedrooms, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views, there’s plenty of room to settle in and enjoy your vacations. The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy, with barstool seating at the kitchen island for casual breakfasts or conversations while cooking. The cozy living room is perfect for movie nights or relaxing with a good book. Step outside to the deck for outdoor dining and fresh ocean air, and take the elevator to any level of the condo.



The condo features a spacious king bedroom with a private full ensuite bath. The den will include a queen futon soon, offering additional sleeping space. You’ll also find two comfortable queen bedrooms. One has a private full ensuite bath, while the second queen bedroom has access to the full hall bath. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.



Outside, the rooftop deck is the perfect place to take in panoramic views of the ocean. Enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise, sip a drink as the sun sets, or simply soak up the sunshine. With the beach just steps away across the street and ocean views from the home, Waverunner is a wonderful home base for your KDH getaway.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unapproved pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
