« Location was ideal for our vacation needs, quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from beach; no bright city lights to block out seeing the stars at night! The amenities made it "our home away from home" -- laundry needs, kitchen needs, linens, even beach towels. The hosts are very gracious and kind, and nearby to help if needed. We enjoyed he impromptu visits of very friendly Hoku! No doubt my family and I will return here on our next visit to Kauai. »

« We stayed with our adult children and their partners for just over a week and it was a great place for the six of us. Kitchen was well outfitted with all you need for cooking including a blender and even a rice cooker, though strangely no microwave. Plenty of beach towels and a washer and dryer too. We very much enjoyed the place. »

« We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant...

« One of, if not best rentals we've stayed in. The house is very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and fresh, it had all the amenities to enjoy a beach holiday and make a nice dinner and eat outside. The location is ideal, close to shops, golf, a quick drive to Hanalei to have a picnic and watch the sunset and early morning walks. The property manager was attentive and responsive when needed but it had everything. We will rent this property again, why search for anything else. We will be back...

« This was one of the best vacation properties we have ever enjoyed. Beautiful home with everything and anything one could possibly hope for. Neat and tidy as a pin, we opened all the windows and sliding glass doors to let the warm breezes and the sounds of the waves run through the house. Just amazing. The beach is 10 feet off the house. »
