Spanning 2,500 square feet, this main level, corner villa fuses a Hawaiian vibe with warm, earthy interior tones. The wraparound lanai offers peekaboo views of the ocean and the surrounding lush grounds. Ideal for large friend groups or couples traveling together, the open floor plan allows for seamless, versatile living.

Meticulously designed, the spacious great room encourages gathering as it features an inviting sectional couch, large flat screen TV equipped with Apple TV, and dining area for those nights you want to play games or host a dinner. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for either entertaining guests with a mid-morning brunch or scheduling a private chef for an intimate dinner. Take advantage of the SubZero refrigerators, Gaggenau Ceran cooktop, cookware, glassware, silverware, and more. Prepare fresh Maui coffee for the villa as a coffee maker, grinder, and locally sourced beans will also be provided.

Three uber spacious bedrooms furnished with premium bedding and stylish decor occupy opposite corners of the residence allowing for privacy and the ultimate in comfort. We LOVE Wailea Beach Villa's first off and this place was very nice! Everybody is so very nice. My only input is this place we stayed in this time needs rugs in the bathrooms, other than that VERY nice!

Excellent hospitality

The property was extremely clean and high quality. A staff member brought us delicious banana bread a day or two after our check-in and was extremely apologetic that it was delayed, even though we were never expecting it! The property was also great about accommodating a late check out on short notice and provided plenty of amenities as well.

Perfectly advertised

The unit itself is exactly described in description. Its beautiful, well kept and comfortable! The private courtyard was great! The ping pong table was so much fun! The only negative was the location of the unit. It was directly above the maintenance yard and trash area. They were cleaning the garbage one day and it was just so loud! But it only bothered me because i choose to work on the lanai and not inside. So i guess its my bad. Overall great place!

Gorgeous condo for a Maui getaway

We went to Maui to celebrate a milestone birthday and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful, had beautiful ocean views, was so clean and well kept. Coral Trees made the check in process seamless and so easy. They were prompt with all communications and so friendly and warm.

Perfect Wailea Stay

This was a beautiful property to spend some time with a group of 6. The Wailea Beach Villas grounds are gorgeous, the unit is steps to the kids pool (which was always nearly empty while we were there!), the quick walk to the beach is lovely and the resort even provides free chair/towel service on the beach. The unit had everything we needed for cooking meals at home. The only negative thing that happened during our stay (a backed up sink disposal) was dealt with in such a quick and efficient manner, it could hardly be considered an issue. The view of the ocean and Molokini crater from the lanai is nice. The unit was also well stocked with games that we all enjoyed. Definitely a lovely stay all around!

Aloha Perfection

From the minute we arrived we were surrounded by warm and wonderful people and the perfect Aloha greeting including fresh and aromatic leis. Everyone was helpful, happy and accommodating. The Penthouse was bright, beautiful, clean and had all the necessities and more… delicious snacks, nice products, big tv’s, beautiful views, etc. We were tired from traveling and appreciated the concierge allowing us a quick and easy welcoming. We loved the location… easy to the store, beach, shops and everything! We loved it so much we would buy it if it were for sale 😊. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so wonderful. Nice stay but not perfect

I’ve stayed at the WBVs before but in another unit. The location and units overall are great. Beautiful beaches and the shops at Wailea within walking distance. Overall the unit was nice, but there were a few issues. 1. One of the rooms has two twin beds which they join together as a king. The mattresses on these beds are absolutely awful. They are uneven and dip so when you are lying on them you almost feel like you’re going to fall. 2. Prior to my arrival I communicated with the property manager via the messaging system on Vrbo and was told the property would have beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. I was also told we would have housekeeping services. On arrival, the people on property said otherwise. I had to show them the message and give push back. To their credit they did provide housekeeping every third day of my stay and sent some towels and a cooler, but no chairs and umbrella. 3. In the kitchen you will find useless things like an instapot, but then will note there is only one baking sheet. 4. The towels you are given in the unit are pretty bad. Other than the above issues, everything else was fine. The unit is comfortable and the balcony area is very pretty. The pictures of the unit are accurate. But, having stayed at another WBV unit I know they can do better.

Wailea beach villas are great

This is the second time I have stayed at WBV. Great place for families. Excellent staff. Perfect home away from home. This particular unit had a lot of positives and a a couple negatives. The unit is large, spacious, excellent set up, high end appliances, high end dishware, and a beautiful lanai. Negatives - lanai can’t be used at night because of noise from Marriott next door, lots of noise from maintenance which is located on this side of the bldg. There were a few bugs in the unit - small but noticeable. The WBV staff promptly called the exterminator to assess and treat. We were informed this was the ‘buggiest’ season of the year - but not atypical for tropical weather. A lot of care has been paid to the details of this unit and it shows. The location of the unit is not the most desirable but the unit is outstanding.

Other than a fire alarm that went off four times in the unit based upon no clear reason, and the maintenance professional who wanted to argue with us that the alarm in question had no audio capability when in fact it was skull piercing at 5:53 a.m. when it went off the last time, it was a great property. Love the location, and the overall management was great - will return.

The condo was absolutely amazing and fully stocked Our issue was the location of the property as it pertained to noise issues! The family pool is just outside the condo and it’s full of noisy children, not that’s a bad thing if you have young kids with you! But, the slide from the hotel next door is also outside the back lanai and the constant screaming on the slide intermingled with the kids pool oh and one more the condo sits along side the service drive of the complex So trash , deliveries, landscape trucks all can be heard from the lanai … I would usually love to keep the glass sliders all the way open for the beautiful breezes but it just wasn’t possible…Besides that the adult pool was amazing and comfortable and the condo super nice, just very disappointed with the noise level from morning to night!

Outstanding Experience!

This is a great property and any residence in the complex would likely be awesome as well. We could see the ocean, but the Penthouse building is in the back of the property, so it’s not like you have a full view of it. Not a big deal; the view from our balcony was nice. That said, we started in a corner unit which was cool because it had long sliding doors on two walls that came together in a corner and allowed for the whole thing to open at once. We are just a family of four, so each of our kids had their own room and bathroom and ample closet space. We did one load of laundry mid-week so the washer and dryer were nice to have (laundry soap was avail, but we brought our own). The elevator was semi-private which gave the feeling of added separation from other units even though there were people above us. The unit is quiet and unless you have the back patio doors open you wouldn’t know that there are other units around. The kitchen was great! All the necessary items were there for us to make most of our meals there (we have some picky eaters in our family). There are two refrigerators that allowed for use to stock a ton of groceries from: Safeway: 277 Pi'Ikea Ave, Kihei, HI 96753 Foodland: 1881 S Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753 Costco: 540 Haleakala Hwy, Kahului, HI 96732 Walmart: 101 Pakaula St, Kahului, HI 96732 The open floor plan was really nice and allowed us to all be together but do our own thing. Overall, this place added to our overall enjoyment of Maui and the Wailea area. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home away from home

Great floor plan for our family with a well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated with an airy, open exterior/interior layout. We spent lots of time eating and hanging out on the lanai when we weren’t by the beach. Highly recommend it!
