The unit is designed to comfortably accommodate four people.

The unit is stocked 2 boogie boards and 2 swim kickboards, plenty of beach towels, 2 beach chairs, one beach umbrella and 2 coolers with cooling elements.

Beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained lush gardens courtyard area gives you a true tropical Hawaiian experience. The first floor corner unit (621 sq. ft.) is set away from the road making it especially quiet.

The location is IDEAL in that you are away from tourist traffic yet directly across the street from one of Hawaii's best beaches: secluded Keaka beach and the famous Kalepolepo beach park and historic fish pond (great for watching turtles sunbathing on the rocks). You could see whales play in the distance - peak season typically runs between mid-January and March.

For our guests, we include COMPLIMENTARY ON-ISLAND DEDICATED GUEST SUPPORT SERVICE which assists with any guests concerns, issues or questions (electronic lock, Wi-Fi, cable TV, A/C, etc.). Even if you just want to know where to reserve the best humpback-whale tour, snorkeling gear or where to get the best Poke Bowl or Shave Ice in South Maui, they can help!

• The unit's dining area, comfortable couch and flat screen 50 inch HD TV with 100+ cable channels (FREE movies, TV shows, sports, news, comedies and more!) provide guests with a place to rest and relax between other Maui activities.
• Complimentary starter kit: shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, trash bags
• There is no daily housekeeping service. If you would like additional housekeeping services during your stay, they are available for a discounted fee and could be paid directly to the cleaning crew. Please let us know ahead of time to pre-schedule desired day(s). Please note that stays over two weeks will require mandatory house cleaning appointment, and an additional full cleaning fee will be charged to the guests.

DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
• The unit comes with one complimentary assigned parking space: #69, which is right next to the unit.
• The complex features a lovely heated pool and a hot tub. The gated pool area includes lounge chairs, dining tables/chairs and bathroom/shower facilities.
• For your safety, the complex is monitored by on-site property manager during specific hours. All guests must comply with the rules of this complex, intended to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests and residents of the development.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, on the lanai, and in resort common areas.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – After booking, always remember to consult your local insurance provider about the benefits of travel insurance. Also, many credit cards do offer some sort of travel reimbursement as terms of their program; please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.
