**Due to Maui being a tropical destination, we do perform monthly pest control services. We kindly ask for your cooperation if you see Dwayne from Orkin. He is so very kind but will need 2-3 minutes access during the monthly service.



***Unit 3309 is on the 3rd floor of a shared building. We cannot control circumstances like landscaping, building maintenance, tennis court or pool noise, etc. The local resident birds start chirping around sunrise. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am.
